Budget Terms and Conditions

Rate Include:

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW). An excess charge of Baht 8,000 for small group (CPMR, ECAR, CCAR, FFAR, ICAR, MVMR) and 10,000 for large group (IFAR, IVAR, FCAR, PCAR) will apply in the event of non-recoverable loss or damage.
Unlimited kilometers.
Third party liability insurance.
2 Additional driver surcharges.
Free delivery and pickup within metropolitan locations.
One way rental is available between all Budget Thailand Locations for 7 day hires-no drop free, 4-6 day hires-Baht 1,500 drop fee, 1-3 day hires-Baht 3,000 drop fee.
Frequent flyer points with participating airlines.

Conditions:

Minimum driver age is 21 years.
Customers must have a credit card for Baht 20,000-40,000 to cover the security deposit.
The return of a vehicle prior to the nominated date does not entitle the renter to any refund on the unused portion of the originally agreed rental cost. In extenuating circumstances we will consider refunds for more than three days upon written request.
A rental day is 24 hours. For charges due to a late drop off, please refer as follow:
0 - 60 minutes late         =   Free
61 - 120 minutes late     =   1/3 of daily rate charge
121 - 180 minutes late   =   2/3 of daily rate charge
181 minutes late up      =   Full day charge
For rental extension recommended that such a request be made at the renting Budget office as soon as possible so that every effort can be made to accommodate the request. Any extension of rental must be paid at local rates to the nearest Budget location prior to the extended rental period commencing.
