Room Rates Guarantee
Our hotel room rates on this website are guaranteed to be at least 5% below any published rate offered by the hotel or hotel website. If you can provide any published rate that is less than this discount range, originating with the hotel and for the same period and room type as your booking, we will adjust our pricing for a 5% discount and provide a refund to your credit card or Pay Pal account. This guarantee only applies to pricing per room and per night and does not apply to packages and special promotions.

Secure Booking Guarantee
According to the Federal Trade Commission, your liability for unauthorized charges is limited to $50 (USD), providing you follow your credit card issuer's procedures for disputing charges you haven't authorized. We are confident you will never have this difficulty related to our website and as a guarantee; we will cover the loss of $50 that you may have to pay your bank as a result of transactions through booking with our company. Reservation Guarantee
In addition to our Secure Booking guarantee, we also offer our Reservations Guarantee. If you present your voucher at your selected hotel and, for any reason, there is no room available and the voucher cannot be honored, please immediately call one of our numbers that will be included with your booking confirmation. One of our agents will arrange a room at a comparable hotel and we will ensure that you are accommodated on the first night at no extra cost to you. We will then promptly correct any booking discrepancies and ensure you will be comfortably relocated for the remainder of your trip. Also, present us with a receipt and we will pay the cost of any transportation charges via local taxi (200 baht maximum).

We do not anticipate that you will have any problems but want you to be secure with the knowledge that, if there is an issue that cannot be straightened out by the hotel, we will be there for you to help get you on track as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Airport Transit Guarantee
Many of our packages and hotel reservations are inclusive of airport transit. In the unlikely event that you are left without transportation upon your scheduled arrival, we will pay the local taxi charges (200 baht maximum within town, 400 baht out of town - receipt required) to get you to your destination hotel. All we require is that you make yourself readily visible and available at the airport arrivals area. If, after 30 minutes, you have not seen a driver carrying a placard and nobody has approached you regarding your transit service please just proceed to the taxi stand area outside the airport and arrange for alternate transportation. Your booking confirmation will provide you with the necessary details to direct the driver to your hotel. Again, this situation should not happen to you but in the unlikely event that you are left stranded, we want you to be able to get settled into your hotel and we will pay the transit.
