For those looking for the lower priced range of item, the famous Night Bazaar is ideal. It starts to come to life in the early evening and buzzes till midnight. Here you can wander along Chang Klan road and find yourself walking among the numerous stall vendors and arcades admiring the skillfully crafted Northern Thai handicrafts.

Craving for handicraft wholesalers? Heading to San Kampaeng and Borsang village is a perfect choice for colorful paper-made umbrellas while Baan Tawai is welcoming guests for its well-known woodcarving at-all-size products.

There is also an equisetic weekend’s market every evening of Saturday on Wualai Street and Sunday Walking Street located out of Thapae gate where you can experience a rhythm of Lanna culture while roaming around a wide range of excellent and unique stalls.
